REGISTRATION FORM NOW OPEN 

• Teams must be prepared to play at 8am on Friday
• Entry deadline - December 4, 2026
• Registrations will only be taken online - click here to register
• Fee is non-refundable after the closing date for registration.  After regsitration closes, fees will only be refunded if the team can be replaced from one on a waitlist. 
• Payment must be made by etransfer to reginaringette.treasurer@gmail.com

HOTELS

All teams are required to stay at a participating hotel. You must provide the name of your hotel when you submit your roster. You'll find a list of participating hotels here:

SPONSOR HOTELS

Regina Delta Hotel: Please let them know you are attending the Regina QCC Tournament.  Negotiated rate is $175/night, including breakfast and team hospitality room.  (Please note there is a cleaning fee for the hospitality room of $100/day)
