Teams will be accepted as they enter and payment is received. (NO WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION!)
If any division is not full by the closing date, you will be notified and refunded.
After the entry deadline has passed, you will be asked to submit your team roster.

All teams are required to stay at a participating hotel. You must provide the name of your hotel when you submit your roster. You'll find a list of participating hotels here:
Regina Delta Hotel: Please let them know you are attending the Regina QCC Tournament. Negotiated rate is $175/night, including breakfast and team hospitality room. (Please note there is a cleaning fee for the hospitality room of $100/day)
